- Serena Renade Added December 07, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A $25 refill cost me $45 (NO SHELLAC NORMAL POLISH) because she charged me for RE shaped (all she did was file them) and I wanted silver nail polish on one finger... These hidden "extra charges" ARE NO WHERE TO BE READ ON THEIR PAMPHLET! When I asked why I was being charged so much the MANAGER YELLED AT ME !!! Absolute Disgrace, and the hygiene was disgusting, old pair of fake eyelashes on the bench crusty nail polish everywhere acetone soaked paper towel lying around everywhere. I've reported to department, hoping they shut this filthy rotten place down.
