Not only was there no transfer of managing agent completed when Homes Group took over the management of the property, it was then left up to myself to organise that to be completed.
Once this was completed, form was sent to the RTBA, minus the Bond Form which should have been sent at the same time, again delaying bond being returned.
Keys returned 22/02/17. Transfer of managing agent not completed until 22/03/17 and bond returned today; ONLY because I had it actioned directly.
Distressing and horrible experience.
